He is survived by: his mother Generive Lewis; his daughter Meghan Lewis Hampton (Roman Hunt) of Banner, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Curtis Hill, Sabrina Hunt, Christina Hunt and Gabriella Hampton; and his sister Irene Goble of Prestonsburg, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Boldman Freewill Baptist Church (4423 Toler Creek Rd, Harold, KY 41635). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
