She was predeceased by: her parent Lany; her husband James Myrick; and her siblings, Joe, Starlin, George Hembree, Celia Hamilton and Mary Hamilton Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Hamilton (James) of Danese, WV, Terry Hamrick of Melrose, FL, Michael Hamrick of Barbourville, Sherry Hamilton (Malcom) of Oakhill, WV, Tony Hamrick (Stephanie) of Oakhill, WV and Gregory Hamrick of Oakhill, WV; her stepdaughters, Sherry Perry (Mike) of Barbourville and Melissa Hoffman (Bob) of Tuscon, AZ; her niece Barb Bunch; and her great-nieces, Theresa Hamilton and Stephanie Tallon. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; among other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
