She was predeceased by: her spouse Leamon Collett; her parents, Gilbert Smith and Pearl Collett Smith; her son Grant Dale Collett; her siblings, Wanda Smith, Larry, Noah and Woodrow Smith; and her granddaughter Courtney Collett.

She is survived by: her children, Mallie Lynn Collett (Doyle Grubb) of Bailey Branch, Eugene Collett (Leslie) of Alex Creek, Bessie Jean Jones (Lowel) of Alex Creek, Malvie Baker (Arthur Leonard) of Moore Creek and Roy Lee Collett (Kim) of Alex Creek; her siblings, Roberta Smith (Stanley) of Clay County and Robert Smith of Clay County; her grandchildren, Victor Isiac Mills, Grant Thomas Jones, Lester Jr. Hensley (Christina), Steven Dewayne Hensley, Lucas Leamon Hensley (Gabrielle), Daniel Ray Hensley, Austin Lee Collett, Timothy Collett, Joshua Jarvis and Sierra Collett (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Abel Jones, Kylie, Kaylee, Karter, Alexander, Selena, Zachary Hensley and Noah Collett.
