She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Norwood Manuel and Fannie Peyton Manuel. She is survived by : her husband John Plummer of Barbourville; her children, Leigh Roark (Tim) of Barbourville, Brian Plummer, Amy Gambrel of Corbin and Adam Plummer (Amanda) of London; her sisters, Patricia Keel of Lexington, Joya James of Richmond and Debbie Hardin (Bill) of Nicholasville; her brothers-in-law, Paul Plummer (Elaine) of Nashville, TN, Mark Plummer (Ann) of Lexington and David Plummer of Lexington; her grandchildren, Taylor Rudd (Steven), Katelyn Hanson (Travis), Brayden Roark, Allie and Cameron Plummer; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Harper, Grayson Rudd, Cash and Romee Hanson; and her close friends, Joann Coscia, J. B. and Debbie Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
