She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Price and Velva Jones Price; her parents-in-law, Reed and Lucy Rice; her son Harold Gene Rice; her siblings, Betty Price, Helen Barnes and Randall Price; her husband Edward Arthur Rice; her daughters, Deborah Karen Moniz (Steve) and Sherry Annette Hall (Harold); and her niece Tara Price.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Derek Mills, Michael Hall, Travis Rice (Jerrica) and Bubba Hall; her siblings, Donnie Price (Linda), Terry Price (Vina), Gary Price (Teresa), Stevie Price (Teresa) and Diane Smith (Doug); and her sisters-in-law, Carrie Rice, Sophia Rice, Cleo Smith, Janice Leddington and Marlene Price. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906).
