He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Saylor and Maudie Caudill Saylor; and his brother Leonard Saylor. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Saylor; his children, Gilbert Saylor (Chassidy) and Maudie Jo Saylor; his sisters, Nancy Honeycutt (Lee) and Hallie Gray (Roger); his grandchildren, Britney, Brianna, Braxton Saylor, Addison Smith, Drew Mathis, Jordan Helton, Kendra and Sophia Mills; and his great grandchild Genesis Helton.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home.
