He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Mills and Beaulah Rhodes; and his siblings, Susie Collins, Sherry Collins, Hobert Collins and Hubert Collins.
He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Hayre; and his grandchildren, Mona Murray, Andrea Collett and Larry Wayne Collett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Inc. (106 Cherry St, Pineville, KY 40977). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
