Mike Disney Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Disney of Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Ruth Abner Ramsey; his siblings, Rhonda, Robin Ramsey and Harold Poindexter; his grandparents, Finley and Cordia Abner; his sister Renda (Dave); his aunts, Doris Moore, Sue Kehres and Joan Sprinkles; his close friend Joann Cosia; and his uncle Mike. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, several cousins.

For many years, he made contributions to his field while working as a winch truck operator at Georgia Power electric company and retired after 33 years of service.
