He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Eddie Gene Grisham and Rev. Joseph "Joey" Ore Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Vaughn and Lesley Grisham Vaughn of Barbourville; his grandparents, Brenda "MiMi" Grisham of Barbourville, Bill "Pa" Brooks of Barbourville and Vickie Ore Cook of Corbin; and his siblings, Amber Brock (Travis) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Jaron Hammons (Morgan) of Alcoa, TN, Coedy Vaughn (Angel) of Barbourville, Andrew Vaughn (Ashley) of Barbourville, Justin Decker of Harrogate, TN, Calvin Marsee of Russell Springs and Caiden Melendez of Barbourville.

Memorial contributions may go to the Parkway Baptist Church in his memory.
