He is survived by: his parents, Roy Stamper and Diane Brooks; his wife Redena Stamper of Barbourville; his grandfather William Stamper; his children, Dustin Deaton (Kimberly Turpin) of Barbourville, Mikyla Sutherland (Tyler) of Barbourville, Mallory Stamper of Barbourville, Maegan Stamper (Ethan McCoy) of Barbourville, Graysen Stamper of Barbourville and Lila Samper of Barbourville; his grandson Maverick William Robert Deaton; and his brother Robert Logan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Little Poplar Creek Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
