He was predeceased by : his parents, Rufus Marsh Mills Sr. and Bonnie Hensley Mills; and his son Ray Steven Mills. He is survived by : his wife Mary Sue Mills of Barbourville; his sons, Rufus Mills Jr. (Rebecca) of Gray and Phillip Daniel Mills (Casey) of Artemus; his siblings, Diana Scalf of Barbourville, David Mills (Sharon) of Barbourville and Frank Mills (Jamie Rose); and his grandchildren, Zander Trey, Zane Dawson Mills and Landon Smith.
