She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Smith and Prudie Mills Smith; her husband Pete; her daughter Sheila Alsip; and her siblings, Cecil, Leonard, Gilbert Smith, Elsie Smith, Lillie Mae Bright, Elva Smith, Ethel Chadwell, Floretta Smith and Lovella Hampton.
She is survived by: her sister Wilma Smith of Girdler; her grandchildren, Greg Alsip (Jennifer) of Barbourville, Michelle Wagner (Ryan) of Somerset and Kyle Yeager of Cannon; her great grandchildren, Dalton, Dylan, Maci Alsip and Rosalynn Wagner; and her siblings-in-law, Donnie Hampton and Linda Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
