She is survived by: her son Justin Willett (Chasity) of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Brody and Kinsley Willett; her brother Dale O'Bryan of Danville; her friend Nancy Ulrich (family: Muir Bank); and her close friends, Donna Williams, Alisha Maupin, Mary Harrell and Samantha Jamniczky.
