She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. LeRoy Dierker and Carrie Dierker; and her siblings, Carol Herbert, Lee Heaton O'Malley, Richard Dierker and Dr. Bernard Dierker.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Evans of Bardstown; her brothers, Dr. LeRoy Dierker (Carrie) of Cleveland and James Dierker (Cathy) of Houston, Texas; and her grandchildren, Ashton Evans of Bardstown and Audrey Evans of Bardstown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
