She is survived by: her daughter Julie Stiles Payne; her granddaughter Annabelle Claire Murphy of Bardstown; and her siblings, Joseph B. Mattingly (Myra) of Charlotte, Gaylord Mattingly (Barbara) of Bardstown, Marigene Hite (Benny) of Bardstown and Karen Gentry (Billy) of Bardstown.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Nelson County.
