With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Helen Cecil of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Thomas "J. T." Cecil and Agnes Gondola "Tootsie" Bartley Cecil; and her sisters, Debbie Ann Cecil and Janice Carol Cecil. She is survived by : her brother John Richard Cecil Sr. (Bernice); her niece Melinda Cecil-Morrison; her nephew John Richard Cecil Jr.; and her great-niece Shelby Morrison of Bardstown.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
