She is survived by: her son Brian Culver (Tara) of Cox's Creek; her siblings, Lois Ann Machewski of Paulsboro, NJ, Mary Ruth Wells (Alan) of Louisville, William Jerry Leake (Sumi) of Raywick, Judy Carol Leake of Florida and Larry Leake of LaFayette, LA.; and her grandson Joseph Bryce Culver of Cox's Creek.
