It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Young of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Carole D. Wimsatt; her grandson Jason Wimsatt; and her parents, John Parrish and Thelma Parrish. She is survived by: her husband Jim "J. L."; her son Jeffrey Glenn "Jeff" Drake of New Haven; her stepchildren, Greg Young (Pat) of Lebanon, Karen Montgomery of Willisburg and Eric Young (Brittany) of LaGrange; and her siblings, Brenda Brown (Rickey) of Bardstown, Bobby Parrish (Linda) of Mt. Washington and Billy Parrish of Shepherdsville.
