She is survived by: her daughters, Rosaline Hayes of Florida, Gwendolyn Mattingly of Bardstown, Yolanda Stone of Bardstown and Mary Mattingly of Bardstown; and her grandchildren, Quendolyn Mattingly of Bardstown, Candice Mattingly of Bardstown, Ashford O'Neal (Sadia) of Florida and Kiara Smalley of Bardstown. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
