She was predeceased by: her parents, James Michael Matheis Sr. and Anna Louise Plengemeier; her husband William G. Brown; and her sister Nancy Bruce Lee. She is survived by: her children, William Gilbert Brown III (Lisa) of Bardstown and Elizabeth A. Brown Terrell of Louisville; her grandchildren, William Gilbert Brown IV, Alexander Michael Brown, Julia Ann Terrell and Matthew Thomas Terrell; her siblings, Barbara Jean Hodges of Texas and James Michael Matheis Jr. (Becky) of Tennessee; and her siblings-in-law, Mollie Rose Brown of Bardstown and Joseph Len Brown (Penny) of California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
