With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Dowden Terrell of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on April 6, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Dowden and Lois Chilton Dowden; her husband Kevin Terrell; and her son-in-law Matt Cockrell. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Marks (Joe) of Bardstown, Tera Watts of Frankfort, Carly Stocker (Michael) of Waddy and Justin Watkins (Bethany) of Bardstown; and her brothers, Kerry Dowden of Port Royal, KY, Randy Dowden (Mona) of Eminence and Donald Dowden (Tammy) of Eminence. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contribution to the Matt Cockrell Scholarship Fund, 133 Fairview Drive, Waddy, KY 40076.
