She is survived by : her children, Steve Murphy (Debbie) of Bardstown, Karen Murphy of Maine and Kim Hutchinson of Willisburg; her siblings, Dianne Fausak of North Carolina and Donnie Avis of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Samantha, Brian and Kady; and her great grandchildren, Kassidy, Wyatt and Brynlee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
