She is survived by: her husband Harry Young of Bardstown; her children, Olivia Johnson of Bardstown, Kelsey Jenkins of Louisville, Micah Witt of Louisville and Brandon Johnson of Bardstown; her father Roy Johnson Sr. of Shepherdsville; her siblings, Sondra Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson, Kathiy Wickizer, Candace Jackson and Charlie Johnson; her mother-in-law Ruby Smith-Forte of Louisville; and her niece Nicolette Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
