She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Terry Hulse and Mary Regina Hulse; and her sister Mary Jean "Snookie" Hulse. She is survived by: her husband David Murphy; her children, Mickey Head (Rhonda), Cathy Vance, Serena Lear (Joe), Beth Head, Stacy Hall (David) and Terri Lynn Murphy; and her sisters, Carol Ann Haynes and Cindy Edelen. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Kentucky Right to Life, and Foundation for Women's Cancer.
