He is survived by: his parents, William Curtsinger and Henrietta Clarkson Curtsinger; his children, Callie Curtsinger, Carsen Curtsinger and Carlie Curtsinger; the mother of his children Amber Rainey; his siblings, Samantha Curtsinger (Blayne Hogue) and Michael Curtsinger (Courtney Shelburne); and his nieces and nephews, Josie Curtsinger, Holdyn Hogue, Hayden Smith and Rylea Hogue. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
