He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Settles Downs; his children, Charlie Downs (Kathy), Scott Downs (Ann) and Jennifer Berry (Tommy); his grandchildren, Daniel Downs, Shaun Downs (Lindsey), Lauren Hennessee (David), Brandon Downs (Ashley), Kaci Elder (Cole), Zacary Downs (Bre), Katye Berry (Garrett), Layne Berry, Kyle Simpson (Kim) and Eric Miletic (Kyle); and his siblings, Ann Downs and Billy Downs. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
