He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Harper (Lynn Eldridge) of Crestwood and Tami Perry (Jeffery) of Pleasureville; his grandsons, Justin Phenix (Natalie) of Louisville and Gavin Robinson (Lizzie) of Lexington; his sister Joyce Harper of Louisville; and his stepgrandchildren, Clayton Perry (Ashlyn) of Lawrenceburg, Makenzee Perry (Paul) of Bethlehem and Huston Ethington (Kayla) of New Castle.
