She is survived by: her sons, Billy Fulkerson (Crystal Prewitt) of Bardstown and Chris Devine (Dana) of Bardstown; her siblings, Lora Downs (Joe) of Louisville and Burnie Simpson (Hilda) of Cox's Creek; and her grandchildren, Kynslee Fulkerson, Dakota, Wyatt, Xander and Kayden Devine.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mill Creek Baptist Church (431 Poplar Flat Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004).
