He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Straub Schneider; and his son Michael Schneider. He is survived by: his children, Jane Wagner (Terry) of Bardstown, Susan Nally (Harry), Dana Smith (Kenny), Rachel Blankenship (Marty) and Louisville; and his daughter-in-law Alice Schneider of Virginia. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
