He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Anderson and Julia Anderson; his brothers, Bob Herring and Leo Anderson Jr.; and his niece Angela Marie Anderson.

He is survived by : his siblings, Barbra Shewmaker, Steve Anderson, Mike Anderson, Vernon Anderson, Rosie Smith, Roger Anderson and Donnie Anderson.
