She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Richardson and Anna Mae Morris Lundquist; her former husband Forrest Terrell; her daughter-in-law Lisa Terrell; her sisters, Wanda Richardson, Sharon Richardson, Carol Ellis and Brenda Woods; and her granddaughter Brandy.
She is survived by: her sons, Joey Terrell of Louisville, Larry Terrell (Kathryn) of Bardstown, George Terrell (Denise) of Bardstown and Brent Terrell (Debbie) of Bardstown; her siblings, Roger, Danny, Wade Richardson and Joanie Richardson; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Abagail, Peyton, Darren, Melissa, Haley, Catherine and Nicholas. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
