He is survived by: his parents, Lana Mattingly and Francis Hagan; his fiancée Natalie Hurst of Bardstown; his stepparents, Tim Reynolds of Bardstown and Mary Hagan of New Haven; his sisters, Kaitlyn Mattingly of Bardstown and Erika Feilder of Rome, GA.; his stepsister Meagan Reynolds of Louisville; and his grandmother Martha Mattingly of Bardstown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
