He is survived by: his wife Beverly Johnson of Bardstown; his children, Michael Douglas Johnson (Karen) of Shepherdsville, Brent Andrew Johnson (Allyson) of Hendersonville, TN and Carrie DeMotte Johnson Dickerson (Frank) of New Albany, IN; his grandchildren, Grant Johnson, Evan Dickerson, Loran Johnson, Colin Johnson, Logan Johnson, Luke Dickerson, Emerson Johnson, Scarlett Johnson, Austin Eastridge and Christian Eastridge; and his brother-in-law Dr. William D. Shaver (Jennie Ruth).
