He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin and Clara Jewell Holloman Farley; and his siblings, Elizabeth Jean Farley, Betty McClure, Valley Mae Vasseur, Debra Fletcher, Bonnie Decker and Robert Farley.
He is survived by: his close friend Bettie Stump; his children, Debra Walters (Michael) of Willisburg, Beverly Jackson (Steven Newton) of Willisburg and Dallas Stump of Willisburg; and his siblings, Sandy Fletcher of Marion, Kenneth Farley of Marion and Billy Peters of Marion. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
