With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Barlow of Bardstown, Kentucky, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Russell Wayne Barlow; his parents, Russell Shelton and Bertha Bernson Barlow; and his sister Jewell Strawn. He is survived by: his wife Stella Barlow; his daughter Cheryl Downs (David) of Bardstown; and his grandchildren, Nathan Downs (Emily), Hunter Downs (Kirsten) and Hannah Culver (Zach). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and two nieces.
