He is survived by: his sisters, Tiny Scott (Alvin) of Tennessee, Bonnie Henderson (Gary) of Tennessee, Teresa Gann (Bill) of Tennessee and Florence McDaniel of Tennessee; and his children, Harold Grisham Jr. of Tennessee, Casey Grisham of Tennessee, Tonya Davis of Tennessee, Tessa Willhite (Tracy) of Tennessee, Kathy Hicks of Bardstown, Janet Grimes of Fort Worth, Lorie Pope (Gary) of Bardstown, Greg Puckett of Kentucky, Tommy Puckett (Michelle) of Bardstown and Anthony Grisham Sr. of Bardstown. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
