He is survived by: his son Phillip Peake of Bardstown; his siblings, Delores Peake Davis, Billy Peake (Daphne), Danny Peake (Marlene), Douglas Peake (Debbie), Bobby Peake (Joyce), Kenny Ray Peake (Kelley), Larry Peake (Brenda), Ronnie Peake (Pam), Red Peake, Jerry Peake and Terry Peake (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Penny Peake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
