It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Roman Phillips of Bardstown, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on May 8, 2025, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rudy and Janis L. Phillips; and his brother Tuan Demetric Phillips. He is survived by: his significant other Stephanie Blaine; his children, Alaysha Linton-Phillips, Trinity Yocum, Zada Phillips and Houston Phillips; and his nieces and nephews, Decambry Phillips, Camari Phillips and Chazarri Phillips. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
