She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Joseph "Cookie" and Margaret Mary Blanford Blair. She is survived by: her husband Stephen C. Kaufman; and her siblings, Bruce Blair (Martha) of Bardstown and Janet Blair of Springfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
