He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bushell Sr. and Kyong Grosshans; and his son River Tyler Bushell. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Bushell; his son Brady Bushell of Bardstown; his stepfather Kent Grosshans of Phenix City, Alabama; and his sisters, Mary Bushell and Diana Folk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
