He is survived by: his wife Elaine Henken of Bardstown; his daughter Laura Suggs (Barry) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Rose Major, Tyler Reynolds, Zach Hamilton and Brennan Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
