He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancil Lewis and Geneva McMichael Lewis. He is survived by: his close friend Terry Osbourne; his daughter Ashley Jo Lewis of Bardstown; his stepdaughters, Melissa Rogers of Bardstown and Anna Hellard (Ronnie) of Bardstown; and his siblings, Sharon Dedman (David) of Lebanon, Brenda Sparrow of Lawrenceburg, Ronald Lewis (Melany) of Mercer Co, Gary Lewis of Mackville, Ricky Lewis (Joyce) of Mackville and Dennis Lewis (Rene) of Marion County. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
