He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Bogle and Izola Riggs Hicks Bogle; and his brothers, John Hicks and Kenny Hicks. He is survived by : his wife Denise Porter Hicks of Bardstown; his daughters, Lauran Shewmaker of Dayton, OH, Julie Miles of New Hope and Cheryl Emmick of Dayton, OH; and his grandsons, Aaron Edelen of Dayton, OH, Brennan Miles of New Hope and Clayton Miles of New Hope. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews other precious family members and his AA family.
