He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Williams and Mary Mouser Williams; and his son Kevin Ralph Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mackin Williams; his children, Marion David Williams and Tracy Lynn Pettit (Joey Maupin) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, William Casey Marlow (Brooke) of Campbelsville and Courtney Renee Brookman (Craig) of Frankfort; his great grandchildren, Corbin Douglas Brookman and Carson Robert Brookman; his stepson Robert Dewayne Coulter; and his siblings, Margaret Ryan (Norman), Mary Edith Luckett, Carolyn Jean Thomas, Kathleen Mills (Jay), Rose George, June Wheatley (Steve) and Paul Williams (Shelia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Bardstown Cemetery (804 N 3rd St, Bardstown, KY 40004).

The family has requested memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
