She is survived by: her mother Roberta Hurst (Miracle); her children, Rick Cox, Jr. (Manilyn) and Manda Hoover (Jon); her grandchildren, Damian James Cox and Jasmine Cox; and her siblings, Aleene Mattingly, Tim Hurst, Ted Hurst (Tammy), Randy Hurst (Chris) and Theresa Masden.
