He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank and Anna Marie Steffen; and his siblings, Robert Ryan (Brother), Norbert Steffen (Brother), Dick Steffen (Brother) and Audrey (Andy).

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Steffen; his daughter Robbin Sizemore (Timothy); his grandchildren, Olivia Phoenix (Granddaughter), Andre Sizemore (Grandson), Cole Sizemore (Grandson), Carter Sizemore (Grandson), Audrey Sizemore (Granddaughter) and Maxwell Wordui (Grandson); his niece Amy Racke; his great-nephews, Gregg, Drew and Avery Racke; his great-niece Dori Racke; Isabella.
