She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Lee Farnsworth Cissell of Florence, Anthony David Farnsworth (Jannie) of Clarksville, TN, John Howard Farnsworth (Frater) of Bardstown, Richard Kevin Farnsworth (Suzanne) of Bardstown and Stephen Lee Farnsworth of Bardstown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
