She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Merle Coomes of Cox's Creek, Lauren Carol Thompson of Cox's Creek and Catherine Lynn Klapper (Bill) of Middletown; and her sister Katherine Sharon Stansbury of Dawson Springs. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Nelson County.
