She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Maddox; her children, Michelle Pittman (Maurice) of Radcliff, Shakina Maddox of Bardstown, Tyress Maddox of Springfield and Arial Maddox (Quin Phillips) of Bardstown; her siblings, Kathleen Williams of Bardstown, Beverly Montgomery of Louisville, Marilyn Shouse of Bardstown, Barbara Edwards of Bardstown, David Montgomery (Jacquelyn) of Chesapeake, VA., Linda Harper of Elizabethtown, Brenda Montgomery of Bardstown and Theodora Montgomery of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Cacia Reed, Bre Maddox, Marshayla Alston, Shakira Gault, Brennen Maddox, Quintrell Phillips-Maddox, Azriel Phillips, Ziel Phillips and Kyress Maddox; her great grandchildren, Ari Patton, Nyelle Patton, Rayden Reed, Kalix Kimberland and Zakiya Beavers; her close friend Sheila Hooks (Delroy); David Carpenter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the 2nd Baptist Church of Fairfield (389 Little Union Rd, Fairfield, KY 40020).
