Dierker and Carol Dierker Herbert; her husband Bob O'Malley of Bardstown; her children, Rob Heaton (Britanny) of Bardstown and Carrie Heaton of Bardstown; her grandsons, Robert Matthew Heaton and Liam Patrick Heaton; her stepchildren, Tracey Wellman of Boise, Lori Campbell of Boise and Robert; her siblings, Dr. Leroy Dierker Jr. (Carrie) of Cleveland, Jim Dierker (Cathy) of Houston, Texas and Ann Richter of Bardstown; her niece Jennifer Evans of Bardstown; her brother-in-law Dick Heaton (Alice); and her nephews, Johnathan and Nicholas. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund and/or Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
